Fauna & Flora International Seeking Temporary Director of Conservation Finance and Enterprise

Start Date: 1 April 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter

Contract Type: This is a temporary position to provide parental leave cover and will terminate on or before 16 April 2021 on the return of the Director, Conservation Finance & Enterprise from parental leave.

Location: Fauna & Flora International, Cambridge, UK

FFI is seeking a Director to lead the operational management, implementation and development of FFI’s Conservation Finance & Enterprise programme.

International Marine Protected Areas Congress 

This coming September, the 4th International Marine Protected Areas Congress (IMPAC4) will be held in La Serena-Coquimbo, Chile. With the motto, Marine Protected Areas: Bringing the People and Ocean Together, IMPAC4 "will focus on the need to highlight the intricate nature of ocean-human relationship and the benefits of marine protected areas and the ocean for millions that depends on their ecosystem services."* At the Congress the CFA will be involved in several presentations regarding Conservation Finance. CSU Short Courses Focused on Conservation Finance

Colorado State University has shared an announcement regarding two short courses focused on conservation finance that will be available in 2017.

The first is offered exclusively in Spanish and will take place the 5th of July through the 5th of August 2017. The second is available in English and will take place September 7th to 23rd, 2017. For further information you may check out the website or click through the links below.
